Fished Shelburne Bay yesterday with a couple friends. Weather was great, sunny, light winds and hardly any boat traffic. we had action as soon as we set up east of Allen Hill point. Lost a monster salmon right at the boat followed by a bunch of medium sized Lake trout. A couple hours later we trolled over to Red Rocks area and worked the north end of the bay. Ended up with a nice salmon, just ounces shy of five pounds who thought he was an Olympic gymnast. Favorite spoons were the Fire tiger honeybee, sausage gravy milkshake Crazy Ivan, and the Raspberry Honey bee, and of course the infamous " Cop Car ". Slide divers took most of the Lakers and downriggers at 25-35 ft. for Salmon hits. We had a guest on board from Michigan and he had a blast fishing Champlain with us. He was used to fishing Kings in Lake Huron. Thank you Lord for such a great day on the water. BB

Does anyone know if you can fish Shelburne point from shore without trespassing on private property Y It's all private property, you won't be able to fish it. However, you could fish the shoreline along shelburne bay park!
