Arnold, When I picked up my new boat, I upgraded to the Lowrance Elite 7ti. I can say that I've been extremely happy with that one so far. The only real downside to it is that it comes with a massive transducer in order to handle both the side scan/downimaging and Chirp sonar. I get a little nervous about banging it when I pull the boat on shore to let the kids swim. Otherwise, it's been great to use.

Spend $700+ and get something good, you'll thank yourself later. Raymarine Dragonfly are great, I love mine.

I buy accessories for fishing of different companies. Recently, I buy more at www.humminbird.com/ There you can buy quality goods. Before choosing, I search on the Internet and read reviews. Forums help out. From the last acquisition, it's www.atncorp.com/smart-hd-binocular I liked its features and inexpensive price
