If new to the river, you need to pay attention to tides and large craft traffic especially south of the Port of Albany. You shouldn't anchor in the channel and need to stay well clear of large barges and ocean tankers.

just got back to Vt. with a 30 pounder and an 18, crawdad husky jerks I painted were working great.Got some on firetiger,too.

we were using your 10# fish cannonballs,I gave 2 to chuck McCuin as he only had 14 pounders,thanks to you ,salmonslayer
