They seem to keep busy but I've never stayed there. As for boat launches, there is one right before the bridge.

Never stayed there, but drive by it often. It's neat and tidy and I never heard anything bad about it so I wouldn't hesitate to give it a shot if was looking for a place. There's a small boat launch at the Slang a stones throw south of there. I think the launch under the bridge is still under construction. The water is high so the Slang launch should work. But then again all you have to do is cross the bridge and head north to Port Henry. 10 minutes and your at a top shelf state facility with lots of parking and floating docks at the ramp. And you'll pass by Norms on the way if you need any tackle.

There are two launches within a half a mile in either direction when leaving the cottages. I have never stayed in the cottages but have been staying in the rv park for 4 years now.

Like all of the others I have never stayed there. But, have checked it out numerous times and must say that the cottage pictures need to be brought current so that an informed decision can be made by the internet consumer. I would not take my wife to stay there as I love my wife, house, boat and toys and would rather forgoe another divorce If you are fishing bass, I would stay in Ti at the place behind Mcdonalds, I think it's a super 8. Also check out the cabins at the Vermont state parks in the area.

I've stayed at the cottages 10 times, people and cabins are great! You can launch in the slang, NY side by Park or under the bridge. Easy parking and non-ethanol gas at store.
