Any best places on the lake to dive to recover abandoned anchors that got snagged and were not recoverable?
Prefer to stay under 60'...

Rock pile south of Split Rock. I've got a cannon ball on there. I don't know about anchors.

I lost a ball east side of Sloop Island, maybe 13 feet down, also try the ledge south along Thompsons point. I've seen another person diving there before.

Hogback and Colchester reefs may be good places to look. Also Skyler reef, I rememeber leaving some hardware there years ago...

The old bridge pilings just north of the North Hero/ Alburgh bridge has a bunch of anchors. Watch out for boat traffic if you dive.
