What are things to eat if I am starting a low sodium diet (breakfast, lunch, dinner)?

Hi, as far as I am aware of the topic a low-sodium diet is usually prescribed for people with certain medical conditions, including heart failure, high blood pressure, and kidney disease. This detailed article on foods with low sodium myallamericancare.com/blog/2019/12/28/low-sodium-diet-importance-meal-examples-tips-and-more/ explains in detail why a low sodium diet is necessary for some people, and discusses the benefits, risks, and foods to avoid and eat. Hope you will like it

Thanx a lot for your reply. Now I know that if you eat processed food that contains little potassium, then any salt is going to be too much. If you eat fruits and vegetable and meat and fish, then you can (and should) use a reasonable amount of salt to balance the potassium that is present.
