I have never seen ribs on a goose. But if they look like that I would eat them. What is it that is wrapped in the bacon? Is it Goose breast? Sausage? Whatever it is don't leave your grill unattended. Yummy!!!

I got hungry just reading abou that! Need to try it. Here in Indiana they are big on adding fresh apple chunks to their sausage! I have become a fan!

Crappies on motor oil! ;D Fishinmachine uses his empty oil containers as ice blocks. They hold up really well. The first time I fished with him several years ago I opened the cooler and asked him what the heck they were for. And those pictures of the ribs and that bacon wrapped masterpiece could make anyone hungry. Thanks again Scott.

the oil cans(plastic) make real nice ice blocks, just don't drink the water. will work in your radiator however.

I use apple wood chunks and nooo salt as the pork becomes very salty.
