Randy, I have a question for you. Do you put salmon in every thing??? as you have showed us all a whole lot of tasty things to do with the catch of the day. I think that you should put them all in a cook book. as I am getting a big stack of your recipes and have started a binder with them all. keep up the good work as every thing has tasted great

I wonder how substituting crushed Ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs for the crust would come out?

I used the recipe you posted, but added a bit more salmon since it didn't taste too fishy and added more capers. I used bread crumbs for the base. I used a 7" spring pan since that is what I could find cheap so it had tall sides. When it was still warm I decorated the sides with dill springs and capers, also topped it with a little dill and caper decoration. I still have some that is going on bagels tomorrow.
