How did everyone fair in the tournament?
My friend and I had a really good Saturday and boated many fish during the tourney. Saturday we landed a 19 inch smallie and a 33 inch northern.
Did anyone else notice the high waters and cold surface temps on Sunday? I think the lake rose about 6" after all that rain, and the wind churned up the water column pretty fierce on the north end. The smallie bite really dropped off after that. The rest of our fish were 2nd/3rd year classs.
Really looking forward to the summer pattern and finally the fall bonanza.

We had a camp rented in St Albans Bay and did ok ourselves on saturday morning from there the fishing went down hill . My son did land a nice 25 inch Walleye on Sunday night . We caught that in the bay near lazy lady island not exactly a place you expect to catch a walleye. We fished all week up in that area and the evenings the fishing was ok but not much was happening during the day.
