Returned yesterday from a week in Fair Haven, fishing was outstanding...we had a huge blow the day before we got there, and that set up the shoreline for the next three days with mixed water, and really good action..Thursday and Friday were as good as it gets, with a mixed bag of browns, both footballs, and gorgeous germans, steelies, atlantics, and koho's...as well as one pig laker...hot lures were blue/white, and blue/silver j7 rapalas, anything orange, purple and black nilsmaster for sticks, and bees and flashkings for spoons on the rigger, as well as multiple flies...for 3 days it didnt really matter what was out, it was on....slowed abit the 2nd half of the trip, but still fantastic fishing...not sure if its the economy or we were just early, but we had many days with us being the only boat out...many times we had doubles, triples, and quads on with no one watching...life was good.....There are still 3 Vt boats there, and the report is still very good...phone just rang...it is still on.......unfortuentely I am back at work.....If shoreline brown fishing is your gig, now is the time...Good luck to those that make it over.....

As always Scott you guys put the hurt on the Ontario fishery! I miss those trolls down the shoreline from Oswego to FairHaven and those twenty plus fish brown mornings with my late Dad. Outstanding Scott! Well done!

Scott
Thanks for all the text pics you have been sending... I got one of a couple of beautiful browns from Fathead over the weekend, he said they were from your boat... Nice work!
Glad to hear the trip went well...

Scott, Good report. Now I know where that text picture came from. Look like you all had fun. I kind of miss that spring fishing over there but have always liked the fall kings a bit better. It is all good though. Don
