Hello
My son and I decided to try our luck frogging today. So we loaded up our kayaks and headed to the swamp.
The water level looked horrible and I thought we would be lucky to paddle around and see anything.
Well once we got out we quickly realized the water looked low but was no problem for the kayaks. The frogs were all over and we started trying to only shoot big frogs. After a few hours we managed to shoot 50 big frogs enough for three good meals.
We did discover that my boys 22 was not very accurate I do not know if his scope got banged or what but that rifle only accounted for 5 frogs. We will have to sight this rifle in again.
It was fun to get out shooting frogs again this is a tradition my grandfather taught my over 35 years ago. It is just as fun now with my son as it was with my grandfather all those years ago.
Thanks Phil B
