Hey guys its been a while since I posted anything, been busy every weekend training for shooting season. Ashley shot her bear on the 9-11 and I shot my bear on 9-17. Both were treed with blueticks, and shot in the head with a .32special. Ashleys bear was a boar and weighed 206 lbs and my bear was also a boar and weighed 227lbs.

Congratulations to the both of you, thats awesome. I have been out some but not much luck so far. Lots of different feed here in southern vt. lots of apples, spotty beach nuts and spotty oak. I am hopping this cold weather gets them into the apples. Where did you find most of the bear activity? what kind of feed where they into?

Ashleys bear was full of cherries and my bear was full of corn! Ive heard its been a tough kill season for houndsmen, we have treed over 20 bear and killed 3,
