Good Afternoon Everyone!!! My bestfriend and I are taking our annual fall fishing trip to Lake Champlain first week of Oct. (We love fall fishing - fish tend to fatten themselves up for winter. So we target that and it never fails for us.) Plus once the water starts to cool the chances of hooking into some Pike grow. We plan to definitely get into some bass, but would love to hook into some Pike. We're from Mass and target Pike on the CT. River quite a bit, but hoping to see if Champlain will produce some. I have been trying to do as much research as I can in my sparetime, and thus far Mallets Bay & Shelburne Bay seem to be places to definitely try for Bass and Pike. But I was wondering if anyone had any information they would like to spare. We are bringing our own boat, staying for a week, and renting a cottage in Grand Isle or St. Albans. (Haven't decided yet.) Really do appreciate any help! Hope to hear from yall! More importantly I hope to see ya'll out there with poles bent! Thanks! -Joe

Hope you had a great time? Next time you head to Grand Isle let me know. I can point you to some super spots and offer my most successful pike lures! Dick

The Pike in my profile pic came in mid September in Keeler Bay. That was my best one yet.
