Photobuckets $400 per year charge to post to forums seems to be a terrible decision? But there are other alternatives! Ive tried imgur and Postimages . They are both free and work fine. Both have different advantages but seem to be a cheap way to replace photobucket when posting photos on forums?? Try them and get back to us about your experience?? Dick

Isn't that photo copyrighted or something? I'm not sure if this one is still going to work but this was on photobucket.

Nice fish! Did you catch it on live shiner? I might try photobucket again but I've found that Postimages seems to be a little faster and allows me to remove pictures at any time. Dick

Me too, photoimage.org seems to work just fine without paying $400/yr and I deleted all my photos on photobucket so they cannot hold them hostage like they thought they could and I deleted my account too...I'll not tolerate being forced to pay for 3rd party hosting, especially with all the pop up, pop under and pop over ads they bombarded everyone with too. Here are pics from our annual Jeffery's Ledge trip back in June. Rough ride coming back in to Kittery, storm was intense. Stopped to pick up my lobsters for the long ride back to VT, purchased right there on the water before we got back to the dock...had everyone on the boat wondering why we were stopping, but I had pre-arranged this with the captain, which worked out nice. Caught tons of cod, too bad they all had to go back, and a wolf fish was caught too, man those teeth! Too bad it had to go back as well. Boat didn't limit on haddock or pollock, but we all brought home a big bag of fillets.

Have you tried going for Stripers out of Wells? We went out with a guide there years ago for two half days and picked up around 50 the first day and another 30 the second day. (I owe that trip to my dad since he set it up for while I was home on leave.)

Me, I'm that fat & happy dude in the head shot after eating a lobster dinner on the Portsmouth waterfront...

(I owe that trip to my dad since he set it up for while I was home on leave.) We usually limit out most trips for the entire boat, 15 haddock per person and several large pollock to boot. And back when cod could be kept, it was even better, less haddock though. We some trips we haul 30+ fish over the rails per person, from 300FOW!, That'll make your arms sore!!! Sometimes sharks, sometimes less plentiful species, always a blast...this June trip we even rolled thru a pod of humpback whales.

Mudchuck! Sounds like a lot of fun and work? I remember that we caught our limit of stripers a half mile out of Rye Harbor? nhfishin probably doesn't remember that he caught a 6 lb. lobster and released it before the capt let us know that he had a lobster license? When you fish on a charter boat what salt water license do you have to carry? Dick

Dick We go out of Kittery to Jeffry and the Capt. has license for us all with his boat, private charter, not head boat, so none of us carry salt licenses.

Was supposed to have a striper trip out of Portland this August, still up in the air as to whether this happens or not. We did striper drift fishing the Merrimack inlet out of Plum Island a few times, never caught anything legal to keep and was always sparse on what was brought over the rails, so we've given up on going there and started doing the Kittery run out to the ledge for cod/haddock which produces better results and more fun.
