SPICY FISH TACOS
Fill the bottom of a pail with perch or your favorite panfish.
Clean fish by filleting, fish nuggets should be boneless and skinless.
1 lb fish nuggets 2 eggs 1 Tblsp lemon juice 1/2 cup corn starch 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/4 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp dry cilantro several crushed hot peppers dash pepper hot oil
Beat eggs and lemon juice in bowl. Drench fish in egg mixture. Mix corn starch, bread crumbs and spices in another bowl. Add fillets and mix to coat.
Add fillets to hot oil, cook until golden brown, drain on paper towels.
Serve in flour or corn tortillas with monteray jack cheese, tomatos, lettuce, salsa and sour cream. Serve with you favorite beer.

Mmmm fish tacos. If you've never had them and are skeptical, don't be. Delicious!
We did some last week with striper from our RI trip. We did a spicy marinade on the fish then grilled it. Served on corn tortillas with guacamole, salsa, cheese, onions, lettuce and tomatoes. They were amazing.
We'll have to try this one.
