Sounds like a caveman could do this...and sounds great! I'll gives this a whirl this weekend. Have some fish now but it's frozen, rather use it right off the lake.

This was a great package to wrap on Christmas Eve! Yum!
I'm going to try it next spring with fiddleheads instead of asparagus.

I did it a few weeks ago but I wrapped the asparagus with some thinly-cut sirloin (no salmon) as to have it appeal to everyone. It was great.

I tried it wiht fiddleheads and lake trout. It came out great.
