Make this cake a few days before heading out for a long one, it's better the longer it sits, so I hear... 
This and a fresh cup of coffee on the boat taking a break is Heaven on Earth.
4 Eggs
1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1 pkg. Choc. Pudding mix
3/4 cup of Oil
2 shot glasses of water
1/4 cup of Vodka
3/4 Cup Bailey's Irish Creme
mix well until smooth pour evenly into a floured 10" Bundt pan.
Bake in preheated Oven at 350 F Degrees for 40-50 minutes, checking with toothpick.
Let cool in pan, remove when cooled and enjoy.
An icing can be made with a 1/4 cup baileys and enough powdered sugar to make thick, drizzle that over the cake, but I don't bother with that part. Too sticky.
