A little endevour I threw together a couple years ago and it was umm, umm good.
12 or so ounces smoked salmon / trout 1 jar cheesey alferdo sauce 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can of whole milk or half and half parmesian cheese or shredded cheese of choice I box rotini noodles
In a bowl crumble the smoked fish, alferdo, soup and milk together along with some cheese and stir. Stir until mixture is well blended and then fold in noodles. Put this into a a baking dish and cover the top with a layer of cheese. Put in a 375 degree oven and bake for about 40 minutes. serve and salt/ pepper to your liking.
The amount of fish is a rough guesstimation and the amount of cheese to use depends on how much of a cheese freak you are. I'm one of those old school cooks that doesn't know what measuring cups and spoons are for. ;D

That definitely sounds like a good one. I'll copy it into our recipe file on the computer. Thanks.
