Well the north wind started the cold trend then this mornings east south east really brought the temp up. We have only targeted browns the past few days. 25-55 fow temp was at 24 today but will be deeper in the morning with the coming west wind 3 color cores slide diver out 20 back 80 riggers 22-28 mainly today. Natural colors with coppers being the best. We had a lmit today by 9 as it was overcast and they bit real good all morning. Yesterday pm trip saw plenty in 47 feet but they didn't bite as good. Glow chicken wings or Mongoose worked we didn't have a limit but we did get a few. Its pretty good from the salmon river to the plant 58-62 degree water There are a few kings over deeper water but very limited numbers. After the west wind we are going to get over the next three days they will come. I expect after todays rain you might find a couple in the big river. Just stay low. Don't come over for the next 3 days as you might be on the dock due to lake conditions. Let ya know later this week. Keep an eye on facebook as I uplosd from the boat. Another day on trout again. 35-38 fow was real good. Diehard stinger best 3-5 color cores 35-55 divers 24-31 riggers snap weights too. The wind is here I would think that in a day or so the salmon action should pick up. I would start looking in 120 and work out. Temp was heading back down when will pulled the pin today. Got bumpy had a puker , we had a limit by 8 into c&r did 14 more lost a few and headed in. Try in the am. Puttin the trout stuff in the closet!!! Tight Lines

Its been a mainly a salmon show for me as of late. West wind drove the temp deep inside but the off shore temp is much nicer. 150-170 has fish but not much between there and 350 see a few but better deeper. North of the salmon river 160 was productive for a few boats today while we worked the deep water. Took a beauty 18 lb Atlantic caught by a lucky angler from Springfield vt. Chrome pro-trolls and Blue glow howies or tg behind a stock green pro-troll. Mainly sippies on spoons. 600 copper pullin a green dolphin and a TG where hot as well.
