Great fish Paul and releasing it was even better, I agree with Shawn I would love to see it in 5 yrs!

I read further in the post and saw that you released that fish and choose to keep a smaller one for the "pan". I am not surprised that you did this and am happy that you caught what is a trophy fish. Nice fish Eye! I think some of the big Lakers might be up feeding on the small salmon. We used to see this a lot in lake george.
